The Agreement on the establishment and operations of the ICAAP Audit Network regulates the legal relationships between the network administrator (ICAAP Professional Development Academy LLC) and network firms.
The Agreement is an offer that an audit firm can accept. An audit firm cannot modify the Agreement.
The only official legal text of this Agreement is the text published on the official ICAAP website.
The Agreement is considered effective when an audit firm is registered in the ICAAP Audit Network Register (posted on the ICAAP official website).
Changes/amendments to the Network Agreement shall be made by the network administrator by posting its new edition on the official ICAAP website. Changes/amendments to the Agreement are valid and binding from the moment they are posted (made public) on the official website.
The network administrator sends messages to each network company about the placement of a new version of the Agreement and its annexes to the email addresses of the network firms. The new version of the Agreement and its annexes shall be deemed accepted and agreed upon by a network firm unless it informed about its rejection within ten calendar days after the date of the new edition publication.
