Conditions for Associated Members

ICAAP associate members (those who intend to acquire the status of a full or qualified member in the future) according to the ICAAP Statute may be:

- individuals - students and teachers of higher education institutions of Ukraine who study and/or work in economics/business, practicing accountants and other professionals who provide professional accounting and auditing services but do not have a Professional level certification according to the Voluntary Professional certification of ICAAP members, as well as auditors who pay membership fees smaller than the full members - individuals in accordance with the Membership Regulations;

- legal entities - consulting firms (companies) that provide professional services (other than audit services), universities, public associations, professional associations that share the ICAAP goals and objectives (as well as audit firms, which do not intend to pay full membership fees in accordance with the Membership Regulations).

Applicants for the enrolment as the ICAAP associate members, at the time of documents' submission to ICAAP, should study the International Federation of Accountants' Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants, the ICAAP enrolment procedure, the ICAAP membership requirements (as defined by the ICAAP Statute and the Membership Regulations) as well as by the membership fees payment procedure defined by the ICAAP governing bodies. 

The enrolment to ICAAP is made based on a written application with attached documents, which has a pre-defined form for each category of ICAAP members. The applicant sends the application to a local ICAAP chapter or the ICAAP Executive Board (at the applicant's choice). 

The applicant has the right to be present at the ICAAP Membership Committee meeting when the enrolment is approved. 

The enrolment decision is made no later than one month after the date of the application for the ICAAP membership registration.
